CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

You can check in as late as you want, anytime after 3 pm. Check out is at or before 11:00 am.

CHILDREN

Our Insurance prohibits young children due to our pool. We are happy to take children 16 years and older.

EXTRA GUESTS

Each room is designed to accommodate 2 people, but we do have extra comfortable beds that we can set up. So if you are bringing another guest, there is an extra $35 charge per night. Let us know upon booking.

VISITORS

The grounds are specifically set up for the privacy and peace of our registered guests only. Talk with us beforehand if you would like to have a visitor.

SMOKING

Smoking is allowed outside only, on your private deck or patio adjacent to your room, but not at the pool or hot tub, where there are other guests.

PETS

Well-behaved and quiet pets are welcome, with the exception of the Moonlight Suite and the White Cloud Suite. Please consult us before you book.

PARKING

There is ample free parking adjacent to each room.

TAXES

Since we are outside of Austin City Limits, our hotel tax is only 6%.

QUIET HOURS & MUSIC

In respect to the peace of the other guests, we ask that headphones be used for your personal musical enjoyment in the shared areas, and that a quieter time is observed after dark. in the shared areas.

Due to our small, intimate setting, a minimum of a 14 DAY advance notice of cancellation, is required. If we are able to rebook your room, a full refund will be given minus a $25.00 per room rebooking fee, or 4% whichever is greater..
